From the Claim menu you can access:

• Alerts
• Find claim payment information
• Link, update, or delete claims attachments
• Claim Edit System (CES)
• History of statements
• View BCBS data
• Customer Defined Data (CDD)
• Find Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) claim data
• Add, update, and delete operator errors
